Holistic Mental Health Support in British Columbia: WorthWild Collective

I’m Olivia McEwen,

REGISTERED THERAPIST IN PRINCE GEORGE, BC

As someone who has struggled with mental health and disordered eating, I understand the importance of feeling empowered, connected, and aligned. That's why my approach to counselling is modern and holistic– rooted in principles of somatic healing, intersectional feminism, and mindfulness techniques.

If you're looking for a counsellor who is committed to destigmatizing mental health, promoting social justice, and fostering a safe and playful environment, I would be honoured to work with you. Let's work together to create lasting change and rediscover your innate strength, resilience, and authentic self.

CORE VALUES & MISSION

A Human-First Approach to Therapy: I treat the person, not the problem.

Worthwild Collective celebrates diversity, curiosity, and collaboration. We are dedicated to practicing in a way that is transparent, accessible, and inclusive.

  • Working from a trauma-informed lens means that you are more than a diagnosis and that your struggles do not define you.

  • Humans are complex multi-faceted beings that have unique non-linear healing experiences. Because of this, we do not take a quick-fix approach.

  • We heal through connection. This does not make you needy or weak, it is part of being human.

  • You are the expert in your life, and as a therapist, it is my job to support you.

  • Health at EVERY size means that all bodies are good bodies.
