Finding the right fit is crucial when it comes to counseling. I offer a complementary 15-minute consult call if you are interested in working with me. This is not a therapy session but an opportunity to ask questions, clarify whether I can support you with your goals, and help you in the decision-making process.

Individual Counselling
One-on-one therapy sessions are a time dedicated to you and only you. The session is a time for you to be supported fully. How the time is used is up to you but sessions can help in identifying your strengths building on them and developing strategies for achieving your goals.

Virtual Therapy
Your counseling session is offered by telephone or video. Virtual counseling is a great, safe, accessible tool available if you don’t live locally, and/or to meet you where you’re at. This is an accessible option for people new to therapy who could be more comfortable in your home.
